Can't change password for a dataset after upgrade to 3.2.6 (General)

Hello!

After upgrading sql-ledger from 3.2.0 to 3.2.6 experienced a problem when changing password for a dataset.

Error:
Error!

ALTER ROLE sql-ledger WITH PASSWORD '123'
ERROR: syntax error at or near "-"
LINE 1: ALTER ROLE sql-ledger WITH PASSWORD '123'
^

Steps to reproduce:
- Open admin.pl in web-browser
- Log in as admin
- Select dataset
- Press Change password
- Enter and confirm new password
- Submit

Seems that error occured because of username 'sql-ledger', which contains symbol '-' and whole username supposed to be in quotes ".

How can I fix that? Thanks!

Edit SL/User.pm and add the quotes for $form->{dbuser} on line 624 and 626

fix will also be in the next release.
